Is Setel safe to use at the petrol station?

No. If you want to refuel more than 250 litres of fuel, you will need to perform another separate transaction to continue refuelling your vehicle.

Can I go above the 250 litres refuel limit?

Can I reserve pumps ahead of time/remotely?

After you have successfully refuelled your petrol and placed back the nozzle, the Mesra Rewards points earned, the fuel price, and the fuel receipt will automatically appear on your app screen. The receipt will also be sent to your email after refuelling (if you have verified your email address).

What happens after I've finished refueling the petrol?

Setel is currently available at over 1000 PETRONAS stations and rapidly expanding nationwide.

What do I do if I have selected the wrong pump?

We’ve made it so that refuelling is as easy as with the regular Setel app!
Upon reaching a PETRONAS station and launching Setel Lite, the station is automatically detected.
If Setel Lite is launched away from PETRONAS stations, the app will instead show the nearest PETRONAS station. You may then navigate to the nearest station via Waze or Google Maps.

How do I refuel using Setel Lite?

There is a pre-authorisation hold before any fuelling session. This amount on hold is the available balance you are allowed to refuel. Any unused amount will be returned. For more info on pre-authorisation hold, check out this<a href="https://help.setel.com/article/27309237052813/what-should-i-do-if-i-was-double-charged-when-refuelling-recharging-my-electric-vehicle#h_01HZKRN8775MGY303HVVE4EE24"> article</a>.
If the fuelling session is cancelled, this amount on hold will be returned in full.

I cancelled my fuelling session. Will I still get charged?

You will only be charged for the fuel dispensed.

I refuelled lesser than my preset amount, how much will I be charged?

Refuelling will stop once your vehicle has reached the 250L fuel limit.

What will happen if I try to refuel more than 250 litres for my vehicle?

Not at this moment. We will introduce Deliver2Me with one-tap fuelling soon.

Can I order via Deliver2Me when I refuel with one-tap fuelling?

Yes, this feature is available for Setel users with versions 1.102 and above. Make sure you have updated the Setel app on your device to enjoy this feature.

Is one-tap fuelling available for both iOS and Android devices?

The refuel limit for all types of fuel is 250 litres.

What is the refuel limit?

You can remain in your vehicle while using your phone to check in on the MySejahtera app.

This error usually occurs because there was a technical error. Please try again as most technical errors are resolved quickly.

How do I enable one-tap fuelling?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
If Setel is having connectivity issues, it may be due to various unavoidable factors. Rest assured our technical staff are constantly monitoring our systems and are always making sure the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, you may refuel your vehicle by paying at Kedai Mesra or by card at the pump terminal as usual.
Mesra Rewards points for this specific fuel purchase can then be acquired by e-mailing our customer service representatives at <a href="mailto:hello@setel.com">hello@setel.com</a>
In the e-mail, provide clear screenshots of your physical receipt and ensure that your receipt has the following information:
