The order might have been accidentally marked as received by the Café. Please visit the Café Mesra where the order was placed to retrieve your order.

How do I change to a different Café Mesra outlet?

Your money will be returned to your Setel Wallet automatically if your order is cancelled.

How do I get a refund for my cancelled Café Mesra order?

Of course! You can earn 1 Mesra Rewards points for every RM5 spent when you use the Setel app to pay for your Café Mesra order.

Can I get Mesra Rewards points for my Café Mesra transaction?

Currently, Setel Wallet or credit/debit card are accepted as the payment method.

What payment methods are accepted for Café Mesra orders?

Orders that are already in preparation by the store cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer service via the live chat in the Setel app/website or contact us at hello@setel.com if there is any issue with the order.
