The order might have been accidentally marked as received by the Café. Please visit the Café Mesra where the order was placed to retrieve your order.

Your money will be returned to your Setel Wallet automatically if your order is cancelled.

How do I get a refund for my cancelled Café Mesra order?

Of course! You can earn 1 Mesra Rewards points for every RM5 spent when you use the Setel app to pay for your Café Mesra order.

Can I get Mesra Rewards points for my Café Mesra transaction?

Yes. However, your items will remain if you return to the store selector page and select the same store.

Will the items in my cart be cleared if I return to the homepage while ordering from Café Mesra?

Of course. If your wallet balance is insufficient, you can top it up at the checkout page.

Can I top up my Setel Wallet when checking out for Café Mesra?

Do note that only 1 order can be made at a time. Your current order must be completed before a new order can be made.

Why can’t I make another Café Mesra order?

Your Café Mesra order may be cancelled because the store is not able to fulfil your order at the moment. Please retry later.

Why was my Café Mesra order rejected?

No. Orders cannot be changed once payment has been made. Please double-check your orders before making payment.

Can I edit my Café Mesra order after checkout?

Orders that are already in preparation by the store cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer service via the live chat in the Setel app/website or contact us at hello@setel.com if there is any issue with the order.
