Tap on the service booking that you wish to cancel. If you do not see the desired booking, tap View all to view all your booking submissions.

Tap Cancel booking.
**NOTE
You are only allowed to cancel your booking until 2 days before your appointment date based on your submission preferred date.
For example, if the preferred date is 27 April 2024, you can cancel on 25 April 2024 at the latest. You will not be able to cancel on 26 April 2024.

You will see this booking cancelled screen if your cancellation was successful.

How do I cancel my car service booking?

Tap Car service.

Select the workshop you want to send your car to.

Tap Book an appointment.

Select the vehicle you want to send for servicing (yours or someone else's).

Fill in the form with the relevant details and tap Submit

Your booking request has been submitted! The workshop will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to confirm the appointment.
NOTE**
The confirmed appointment date and time are based on the confirmation call from the workshop. The submission form is a preferred date &amp; time which is subject to availability of the workshop.

How do I see my bookings?

Yes, you can book an appointment for another vehicle. You can add the vehicle plate number to your Setel account or input the vehicle details when submitting a service booking.

Can I book a service appointment for another vehicle?

Unfortunately, we have not integrated our system with the workshops. Any change of date and time during the confirmation call from the workshop will not be updated automatically in the system.
The date and time displayed is the preferred time you entered when booking a car service which may be subject to changes depending on the workshop's availability.
