You are only allowed to cancel your booking in the following scenarios.
- 2 days or more before your appointment date based on your preferred submission date.
For example, if the preferred date is 17 February 2025, you can cancel on 15 February 2025 at the latest. You will not be able to cancel on 16 February 2025.
- Any bookings submitted for the next day can be cancelled before 11:59 PM on the day.
For example, today (17 February 2025), you submitted a booking and selected 18 February 2025 as your preferred date. You can cancel today (17 February 2025) by 11:59 PM.
