What documents do I need to register for a Cardless PETRONAS SmartPay account?

All fleet users will be required to download the Setel app on their phones and register an account. 
 Once they have a verified Setel account, the admin will be able to link the Cardless PETRONAS SmartPay account to their phone number registered on the Setel app.

How will the fleet users get access to their fuel allowance?

From the homepage, select Card transactions under Card issuing on the left navigation bar.

What if my Cardless PETRONAS SmartPay application is rejected?

There will be no transfer of credit over to your new Cardless PETRONAS SmartPay account as it will be set up as a new account.

Will my physical PETRONAS SmartPay card balance be transferred over to my Cardless PETRONAS SmartPay account?

To reload your prepaid balance, go to the homepage and click Top-up.

You can register by tapping the Fuel for fleets or companies icon on the homepage of the Setel app.
Do note that you will need to have successfully incorporated with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (also known as Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) and have a business registration number to sign up for Cardless PETRONAS SmartPay.
