Tap on the service booking that you wish to cancel. If you do not see the desired booking, tap View all to view all your booking submissions.

Tap Cancel booking.

**NOTE

You are only allowed to cancel your booking until 2 days before your appointment date based on your submission preferred date.

For example, if the preferred date is 27 April 2024, you can cancel on 25 April 2024 at the latest. You will not be able to cancel on 26 April 2024.

You will see this booking cancelled screen if your cancellation was successful.
