Is Setel safe to use at the petrol station?

No. If you want to refuel more than 250 litres of fuel, you will need to perform another separate transaction to continue refuelling your vehicle.

How do I know what station I am at?

After you have successfully refuelled your petrol and placed back the nozzle, the Mesra Rewards points earned, the fuel price, and the fuel receipt will automatically appear on your app screen. The receipt will also be sent to your email after refuelling (if you have verified your email address).

What happens after I've finished refueling the petrol?

Setel is currently available at over 1000 PETRONAS stations and rapidly expanding nationwide.

What do I do if I have selected the wrong pump?

We’ve made it so that refuelling is as easy as with the regular Setel app!
Upon reaching a PETRONAS station and launching Setel Lite, the station is automatically detected.
If Setel Lite is launched away from PETRONAS stations, the app will instead show the nearest PETRONAS station. You may then navigate to the nearest station via Waze or Google Maps.

How do I refuel using Setel Lite?

There is a pre-authorisation hold before any fuelling session. This amount on hold is the available balance you are allowed to refuel. Any unused amount will be returned. For more info on pre-authorisation hold, check out this<a href="https://help.setel.com/article/27309237052813/what-should-i-do-if-i-was-double-charged-when-refuelling-recharging-my-electric-vehicle#h_01HZKRN8775MGY303HVVE4EE24"> article</a>.
If the fuelling session is cancelled, this amount on hold will be returned in full.

I cancelled my fuelling session. Will I still get charged?

Refuelling will stop once your vehicle has reached the 250L fuel limit.

What will happen if I try to refuel more than 250 litres for my vehicle?

The refuel limit for all types of fuel is 250 litres.

Why is my fuel cancellation taking so long?

What if I am stuck at the purchase fuel page?

This error usually occurs because there was a technical error. Please try again as most technical errors are resolved quickly.
If the problem persists, try paying with a different payment method. For credit/debit card users, consider checking with your bank as the issue might have happened on their side.

Why did I get a "something went wrong" error while refuelling?

You can remain in your vehicle while using your phone to check in on the MySejahtera app. 
Please follow the station safety guidelines available in the app and do not use your phone while refuelling.

 Do I need to get out from my vehicle to use the Setel App to check in with MySejahtera?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
If Setel is having connectivity issues, it may be due to various unavoidable factors. Rest assured our technical staff are constantly monitoring our systems and are always making sure the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, you may refuel your vehicle by paying at Kedai Mesra or by card at the pump terminal as usual.

In the e-mail, provide clear screenshots of your physical receipt and ensure that your receipt has the following information:
