How long does the eKYC verification take?
Verification is typically completed within a few minutes but can take up to 24 hours. To ensure fast approval, please submit high-quality photos of your selfie and documents in good lighting condition. Please note that during peak periods or if a submission requires manual review, the process may take longer.
You will receive a push notification once your account is verified. If your verification is unsuccessful, you will be prompted to resubmit your information.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can attempt to verify my account/perform e-KYC?
As indicated here, there is a daily limit in place. Once you have hit the limit, you can attempt to verify your account after 24 hours.
Why am I seeing the high traffic screen?
As indicated here, the high traffic screen appears when we are experiencing a higher up take in users attempting to verify their account/attempt e-KYC.
