What is Prepaid Reload?

Prepaid Reload allows you to reload supported prepaid mobile services and internet passes directly within the Setel app.

You can reload prepaid credit on Setel for the following telcos:

How do I reload my prepaid credit through Setel?

To reload your prepaid credit in the Setel app:

1. Open the Setel app
2. Go to Prepaid Reload
3. Select your telco
4. Enter the prepaid mobile number
5. Select the reload amount
6. Review your details and proceed with payment
7. Once the payment is successful, your credit reload will be processed

Can I purchase an internet pass?

Yes. Selected internet passes are available for supported telco providers.

The available internet passes, prices and validity periods may vary by provider.

How do I reload my internet passes through Setel?

To reload your prepaid internet pass in the Setel app:

1. Open the Setel app
2. Go to Prepaid Reload
3. Select your telco provider
4. Enter the prepaid mobile number
5. Select the internet pass
6. Review your details and proceed with payment
7. Once the payment is successful, your internet reload will be processed

Can I reload a prepaid number belonging to someone else?

Yes. You can reload another person's prepaid number by entering their mobile number during the reload process.

Please make sure the mobile number and telco provider are correct before completing the payment.

What happens if I enter the wrong mobile number?

Please check the mobile number carefully before confirming your payment.

Once a reload has been successfully processed to the wrong number, it may not be possible to reverse or refund the reload.

What happens if I accidentally purchase the wrong internet pass?

Please review the internet pass details, including the product, price and validity period, before confirming your payment.

Once an internet pass has been successfully purchased, it may not be possible to cancel, change or refund the purchase.

How long does it take for the reload to be credited?

Most successful reloads are credited shortly after payment.

However, the actual time may vary depending on the mobile provider. Please allow some time for the reload to be reflected.

What should I do if my reload is unsuccessful?

If your reload is unsuccessful, a Failed status will be shown on the Prepaid Reload mini app and the reload will not be processed.

You can also check the transaction status in Payment History. If you were charged despite the unsuccessful transaction, please contact Setel Customer Service for assistance.

What happens if my payment is successful but I don't receive the reload?

If your payment was successful but the reload has not been credited, please check your transaction status in Payment History.

If the reload is not reflected after the expected processing time, contact Setel Customer Service and provide your transaction details for assistance.

Can I cancel or refund a prepaid reload?

Prepaid reloads that have been successfully processed may not be cancelled or refunded.
