Unfortunately, you cannot disable the redemption of Mesra Rewards points on the virtual card.

This feature is designed to prevent unauthorised redemption with the physical Mesra card by locking the card through the Setel app (usually when the card is stolen/lost).

As a virtual Mesra card customer, the redemption of your Mesra Rewards points can only be performed when you're logged into your account on the app or at www.setel.com/mesrarewards.
