  1. You are below 16 years old.
    The minimum age requirement for account verification in Setel is 16 years old.
     
  2. Your app is not updated to the latest version.
    Update the app to successfully verify your Setel account.
     
  3. Poor quality of the Identity Card (IC) document or selfie.
    Retake the photo according to the guide given in the app.

  4. Your account is already verified using a different mobile number.
    Our app has detected that your account is already verified, but linked to a different mobile number.
