When do Mesra Rewards points expire?

Mesra Rewards points generally have a 3-year expiry date from the date it was earned.

How do I know if my points are expiring?

For non-Setel customers, an email will be sent to the email registered to your Mesra Rewards account.

For Setel users, you can check your expiring Mesra Rewards points by following the steps below.

1. Go to https://www.setel.com/profile/mesra-card
   
   
2. Enter your mobile number, then enter the verification code.
   
   
   
3. At the top navigation bar, tap on your profile icon then select Mesra Rewards account.
   
   
4. Under your card details, the point expiry dates are shown.
