A declined card (or payment authorisation error) might have happened because:
- the card details are incorrect or have expired.
- there is not enough balance on your card.
- you have exceeded the limit on your credit/debit card.
- the issuing bank has blocked the card.
- the transaction is blocked by the bank.
What can I do if my card is declined?
You will need to contact your bank to unblock the card/transaction (as sometimes you need to enable the card for online purchases).
If you need to make an immediate transaction, you can try a different payment method or a different credit/debit card.
