As mentioned here in Step 5, if you already have a SmartPay account, please submit the following to us:

• Your approval letter from KPDN
• The list of approved vehicles
• Your SmartPay Account ID
  
  

If you don’t have a SmartPay account yet, you can sign up and upload your SKDS/SKPS approval letter when activating your account.
