You will need to make payment for the transaction that failed to make a deduction. You will receive a notification in your app inbox for any outstanding payment you might have.
You can check your outstanding payments by tapping the outstanding payment pop-up with the red alert icon.
A list of outstanding payments will appear. You can tap View details to see the receipt of that transaction.
Tap Pay now to make payment for the transaction.
Choose your payment method and tap Pay.
Enter your passcode.
If the payment is successful, it will disappear from the outstanding payments list. If the payment fails, you can try a different payment method or transact during off-peak hours.
