How do I maintain my current Mesra membership tier?
The Mesra membership tier is determined based on the amount of Mesra points earned for the month through purchases with Setel App. You will level up instantly when you’ve met the minimum requirements for each tier. If you do not meet the minimum requirements of each tier on a monthly basis, you will be downgraded by 1 level in the following month. Example:

<li>10 April 2022: You’ve successfully earned 50 Mesra points. You will enjoy 1.5x Mesra points for every litre of fuel spent under the Junior level.</li>
<li>21 April 2022: You’ve successfully earned 270 Mesra points. You will be instantly upgraded to Hero level and enjoy 3x Mesra points for every litre of fuel spent.</li>
<li>5 May 2022: You earned 0 Mesra points in the entire month of May. Starting 1st June 2022, you will enjoy 2x Mesra points for every litre of fuel spent under the Explorer level.</li>

The amount of Mesra points collected within the calendar month will determine your level for the following month. To maintain your current level, you will need to meet the minimum requirements of your current level.

Mesra points redemption will not impact your Mesra membership tier. You will continue enjoying the 3x Mesra points under the Hero level as long as you've met the minimum monthly requirements.
