Can I still receive money if my DuitNow ID is suspended?

Yes, you are required to do a one-time registration to link your DuitNow ID with your Setel Wallet if you wish to receive funds via the DuitNow NAD &amp; Proxy Transfer service.
However, if you only want to transfer funds, no registration is required.

Do I need to register for DuitNow ID with Setel to receive transfers?

All DuitNow NAD &amp; Proxy Transfer should be processed or received by the recipient instantly. 
If you are experiencing the following scenarios, most probably a timed-out has happened between Setel and the recipient's bank/e-Wallet.

<li>The recipient has not received the transfer amount.</li>
<li>The amount has been deducted from your Setel account.</li>
<li>The transfer status in your app is "Processing".</li>
</ol>
Don't worry as you should be receiving an update in the Setel app on the next business day about the status of the transfer. The transfer will either be processed or refunded.

For DuitNow Business QR, this transfer limit is personalized based on your account, how you spend, and our internal policies to keep things safe. This helps prevent unauthorized transactions, combat risks from money laundering and illicit activities, and keeps your money secure.
