If you see an error (such as a “cancellation failed” message) when trying to end your parking session in the Setel app, it may be caused by a temporary technical issue.
Don’t worry! Even if the app doesn’t successfully end the session, it will automatically end after a certain period of time.
You do not need to take further action unless you are still being charged after the session has ended. If that happens, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.
