How do I change my mobile number?
• Only logged-in users who have verified their accounts can automatically change their mobile number via the app.
• For users who cannot log in, please fill out this form for further assistance.
Follow the steps below.
(1) Tap Profile.
(2) Tap Personal information.
(3) Tap Change.
(4) Enter your new mobile number and tap Next.
(5) Enter your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC/IC) and tap Submit.
(6) Tap Confirm.
(7) Enter your passcode and you will receive a one-time password(OTP) on your new mobile number.
(8) Enter the OTP.
(9) Once your change mobile number request is successful, you can log in with your new mobile number.
What happens to my wallet balance and Mesra Rewards points when I change my mobile number?
Your wallet balance and Mesra Rewards points will still be there. Your mobile number will be updated but you will still have the same account.
