If you have verified your email address via Setel app, your monthly statements and custom statements will be sent to your inbox automatically. You can download it in PDF or CSV format.
To protect your personal information, all monthly and custom statements sent to your email are password-protected.
The password format will depend on your account status, which includes:
- Your account verification status (e-KYC or non-eKYC), and;
- The date the statement was generated.

⚠ Emails that do not contain a password guideline?
Some earlier statements may not include the password guideline in the email, but you can still adhere to the applicable password format mentioned above.
