If the EV charging card does not appear in the homepage, you can still activate the charger using the Scan QR feature.

This feature also allows you to activate the charger remotely.

  1. Launch the Setel app and tap on the scanner icon in the action bar. Alternatively, you can tap on Pay at the bottom bar.

  2. Scan the Gentari QR code on the charger.

  3. Select PETRONAS SmartPay as your preferred payment method. 

    Only linked PETRONAS SmartPay cards will appear as a payment method.

  4. Tap Activate charger to start charging.
