We may ask you to verify your saved card occasionally to keep your card details up to date. This ensures a smoother, more reliable payment experience.
Which expiry date should I enter during card verification?
Enter the expiry date of the card you are verifying.
If you are verifying your existing saved card, enter the expiry date shown on your saved card.
If you have received a new or renewal card and want to replace your saved card with the new card, you can update your saved card with the new card's details.
My bank has sent me a new card, but my current saved card has not expired. Which expiry date should I enter?
If your saved card is still valid, enter the expiry date of your saved card during verification.
For example:
Saved card expiry: 10/26
Renewal card expiry: 09/30
Expiry date to enter: 10/26
The expiry date shown on the saved card may still reflect the previous card information.
You can choose to update your saved card with the renewal card if you are ready to use the new card instead.
I want to replace my saved card with my new renewal card. What should I do?
Enter the expiry date shown on your new renewal card during verification.
If the expiry date does not match your saved card, you will be given the option to update your saved card with the new card details.

If you haven’t received a new or replacement card, enter the expiry date from your current card.

If the expiry date does not match your saved card, you will be prompted to choose whether to go back and enter the correct expiry date or update your saved card with the new card details.

Yes. If you have received a new or renewal card, you can use the card verification flow to update your saved card with the new card details.
What happens after I successfully verify my saved card?
Once we verify your saved card, you can use it for payments as usual.

After successful verification, you can use your saved card in the normal payment flow.
