The linking might have failed due to the following reasons:

  1. Your NAD(NRIC, passport number, etc) information is incorrect
    Please contact our customer support via live chat/website or email us at hello@setel.com to
    re-verify your account again.
  2. Someone else has already claimed the mobile number as their DuitNow ID
    Please contact our customer support via live chat/website or email us at hello@setel.com for assistance as there might be an issue with the database.
  3. You have recently changed your mobile number
    If you have not updated your registered mobile number with Setel, you can do so by referring to our article on how to change your mobile number.
  4. You already have a linked mobile number as your DuitNow ID with Setel
    You will need to unlink your old mobile number from your Setel account. Check out our article on how to unlink your DuitNow ID.
