Unfortunately, customers are not able to change their mobile number from the application itself. All mobile numbers act as a login ID for your Setel account.

Only details such as name, email address, or IC/passport number can be amended via the Setel App.

However, should you want to change your mobile number, please contact our customer representative via live chat or email us at hello@setel.com. The customer representative will advise and guide you to create a new account with a new mobile number.
