Can I use Family Wallet to purchase fuel with BUDI MADANI?

Yes, but only if you are a Family Wallet member (not owner) and you are eligible for BUDI MADANI.

The Family Wallet member must also be a verified user. Refer to the steps here.

 

How to set up Family Wallet?

  1. Launch the Setel app and tap on View all.

  2. Tap on Family Wallet.

  3. Add members from your contact list.

  4. Choose the payment method that you want to share and set the monthly limit.

  5. Done! Your members can now pay using Family Wallet.

How to pay with Family Wallet?

As Family Wallet owner

  • Payment method: Family Wallet is unavailable
  • BUDI MADANI fuelling: Available, as long as you are eligible and have remaining balance

As Family Wallet member

  • Payment method: Family Wallet is available
  • BUDI MADANI fuelling: Available, as long as you are eligible and have remaining balance

BUDI MADANI cannot be shared among Family Wallet members. Thus, the Family Wallet owner can only pay for BUDI95 fuel, but the members' own eligibility balance will be utilised.
