Only if you have a physical Mesra Rewards card.

You will need to link your Mesra Rewards card to the Setel app and pay with the gift card. Then swipe your Mesra Rewards card to get Mesra Rewards points.

Unfortunately, no points will be awarded if you are using a virtual Mesra Rewards card.
