The DuitNow ID is invalid error is caused by not being able to find the recipient's DuitNow ID for the transfer.

Please make sure the recipient has done the following.

  1. Registered their DuitNow ID with the same details they gave you.
  2. Their DuitNow ID is active
  3. The bank/e-Wallet account linked to the DuitNow ID is active
