The Servis Ihsan MADANI @ PETRONAS AutoExpert 2025 is a government initiative designed to provide Malaysians exclusive Service Packages. This campaign offers special pricing on selected PETRONAS lubricants and services, available exclusively through bookings made via the Setel app.

Service Packages at PETRONAS AutoExpert consists of:

Semi Synthetic Lube Service Package / Mineral Lube Service Package
Oil Filter
Drain Plug
Labor

One (1) bottle of lubricant

**NOTE

Any additional bottles required for your vehicle will be charged separately at the recommended retail price (RRP).

Who is eligible to join this program?

This program is open to all who fulfill the requirements below:

Participants holding Malaysian citizenship; or
Permanent/Contract employees of PLMMSB, inclusive of their immediate family members, specifically their respective fathers, mothers, spouses, children; and
employees of advertising and agencies for PLMMSB and their immediate family members, specifically their respective fathers, mothers, spouses, and children.

How do I participate in the program?

To qualify for the Service Package, participants are required to:

Book a car service appointment via the Setel app at any participating authorized outlets of PETRONAS AutoExpert with the selection below:
- Preferred date between 24 January 2025 - 25 December 2025
- e.g Service type as Servis Ihsan MADANI (16 May - 06 Jun); and
Purchase of one (1) service package of any lubricants in a single receipt.

How do I book my car service appointment?

All service bookings must be made through the Setel app via the Car Service feature at participating authorized outlets of PETRONAS AutoExpert.

Can I qualify for the Service MADANI promotion if I made my booking before the campaign period but serviced my vehicle during the campaign period?

No, only bookings made within the promotion period from 24 January 2025 to 25 December 2025 are eligible for the promotion with the selection below

Am I eligible for the Service MADANI promotion if I book during the campaign period but service my vehicle after it ends?

No, to qualify, both the booking and the service must be completed within the promotion period of 24 January 2025 to 24 December 2025 . Please refer to the Terms and Conditions (section 4.0) for the preferred SIM@PAX dates (SIM@PAX implementation dates).

What happens if I need to reschedule my service booking?

You can reschedule your car service, but the service must be within the promotion period from 24 January 2025 to 25 December 2025.

What if my car needs additional repairs or services?

Any services or repairs not included in the Service Package under Servis Ihsan MADANI program will be charged separately based on the pricing determined by the respective PETRONAS AutoExpert service center.

Are all PETRONAS AutoExpert outlets participating in this program?

No, only selected authorized outlets are participating in this program. You can find the list of participating outlets in the Setel app.

Are all participating PETRONAS AutoExpert outlets offering the same service packages?

The majority of participating outlets will offer Syntium, Mach 5, and Urania service package.

What additional benefits do I receive when I book car service via the Setel app and pay using Setel Wallet?

If you qualify for the Servis Ihsan Madani campaign and pay with the Setel Wallet, you will receive 1x Mesra Rewards points for every RM5 spent on car service payment via Setel Wallet.

**NOTE

Mesra Rewards points collected will expire after three (3) years. You can redeem their Mesra Rewards points in Setel Wallet within its validity period as long as the Setel account is still active. Rewards cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions, offers, loyalty programs, e-Vouchers, and/or discounts otherwise organised by participating merchants.
