How do I claim/redeem vouchers with my Mesra Rewards points?

Unfortunately, bonus points are only awarded when the Setel Wallet is used at Setel-enabled stations.
Other forms of payment(cash, credit/debit card, PETRONAS gift card) are not entitled to bonus points even if the Mesra card is linked to the Setel app.
 
The only exception is if the station is under maintenance or not Setel-enabled. In this case, please contact our customer services for further assistance.

I have already downloaded the Setel app, but I don’t want to top-up. Will I still get Bonus points

Yes, bonus points are awarded based on your Mesra membership level for all fuel purchases (petrol or diesel).

Can I earn bonus points if I pump diesel?

Of course! You will earn 1 point for each RM1 spent using the Setel Wallet in Kedai Mesra.
You can also get bonus points when you increase your membership level. You can earn up to 3x bonus Mesra Rewards points when you purchase fuel with Setel.

Can I earn Mesra Rewards points for the transaction made via Setel Wallet?

Currently, there are no special periods for extra bonus points. Bonus points are awarded when a fuel-related transaction is made and your Mesra Rewards card is linked with Setel.

Is there a special period during any day to get extra bonus points via Setel?

For non-Setel customers, an email will be sent to the email registered to your Mesra account.
For Setel customers, you can check for expiring Mesra Rewards points by tapping Rewards. Any expiring points will appear along with the expiration date. Mesra Rewards points generally have a 3-year expiry date from the date it was earned. However, Mesra Rewards points gained from promotions and events are subject to the promotion's terms and conditions.

How do I know if my Mesra Rewards points are expiring?

Only if you have a physical Mesra Rewards card.
You will need to link your Mesra Rewards card to the Setel app and pay with the gift card. Then swipe your Mesra Rewards card to get Mesra Rewards points.
Unfortunately, no points will be awarded if you are using a virtual Mesra Rewards card.

Can I get Mesra Rewards points when I pay with my PETRONAS Gift Card?

Mesra Rewards points have a 3-year expiration date from the time you collected them. Please use them within the time period to prevent them from expiring.
Points can be spent by redeeming rewards using the physical Mesra Rewards card or <a href="https://help.setel.com/article/18186417672717/how-do-i-redeem-mesra-points">through the Setel app</a>.

How do I avoid my accumulated points from expiring?

If your points disappear before the expiry date, please reach out to our customer support via the live chat in the Setel app/<a href="https://www.setel.com/">website</a> or contact us at <a href="mailto:hello@setel.com">hello@setel.com</a>.
Do note that Mesra Rewards points earned from promotions and events may have different expiration dates as per the promotion's t&amp;c.

Why did my Mesra Rewards points disappear before the expiry date?

If you’re paying for your Kedai Mesra purchases with the Setel app, you do not need to swipe your physical Mesra Rewards card to earn your points. You will get your points automatically after successfully completing the payment. 
You will only need to swipe your physical Mesra Rewards card or submit the receipt if the Mesra store does not accept payment via the Setel app.

Do I need to submit the receipt or swipe my physical Mesra Rewards card to get my Mesra Rewards points?

Mesra Rewards points are calculated based on the transaction type. Bonus points are based on your <a href="https://www.setel.com/mesra-points">membership tier.</a>

How do I check my Mesra Rewards points history?

Mesra Rewards  points cannot be transferred between different users.
If you own more than one (1) account, you can combine the Mesra points from your accounts into a single consolidated account. Can I transfer my Mesra Rewards points to another account?

Transactions made outside of the Setel app are not eligible for bonus points. Your collected points on the physical Mesra Rewards card will not be lost as they can be transferred to your digital card.
