If the EV charging card does not appear in the homepage, please update your Setel app. The EV charging card will only appear in app version 1.187 and above.

You can still activate the charger by adding your EV profile or using the Scan QR feature.

Follow the steps below to use the Scan QR feature.

  1. Launch the Setel app and tap on the scanner icon in the action bar. Alternatively, you can tap on Pay at the bottom bar.

  2. Scan the Gentari QR code on the charger.

  3. Select PETRONAS SmartPay as your preferred payment method. 

    Only linked PETRONAS SmartPay cards will appear as a payment method.

  4. Tap Activate charger to start charging.

This feature also allows you to activate the charger remotely.
