Transferable balance

1. Transferable balance refers to the e-Wallet balance coming from online banking, DuitNow transfers, or manual credit card top-ups.
2. You can use your transferable e-Wallet Balance to transfer money to:
   • Local Bank
   • Another person's account via DuitNow transfer

Non-transferable balance

1. Non-transferable balance refers to the e-Wallet balance coming from debit cards, auto top-ups with credit cards, Setel cashback, other e-Wallets, vouchers, government initiatives, or Mesra Rewards Points redemption.
2. You cannot use your non-transferable e-Wallett Balance to transfer money.
