No additional configuration is required. The One-tap feature will automatically be enabled once the preset is completed in the Setel mobile app.

Can I disable this feature after I try it out?

Yes, you may turn it off and use the regular refuelling process at any point in time.

Something went wrong during the refuelling process while using One-tap fuelling, what should I do?

Should there be any issues during the refuelling process, initiate the in-app chat function during your refuelling process and our customer service representatives will assist you immediately.


Am I able to order via Deliver2Me when I refuel with One-tap fuelling?

Not at this moment. We will introduce Deliver2Me with One-tap fuelling soon.


What payment method can be used when using the one-tap fuelling feature?

Payment methods currently accepted are via your Setel Wallet, SetelShare, CardTerus and SmartPay account.


Can I use CardTerus to pay for One-tap fuelling?

I have pre-set RM60 for my fuel amount, but I only refuel RM50, how much will I be charged?

You will only be charged for the fuel dispensed, which means you will only be charged RM50.


Can I cancel my One-tap fuelling order from the Watch app?

Yes, but only if refuelling is not in progress. You will not be able to cancel the order once you have started refuelling regardless if on the watch app or the Setel mobile app.


I'm a loyal Setel user, why am I unable to use this feature?
