Can I use my PETRONAS SmartPay as a payment method for other transactions such as Kedai Mesra purchases, motor insurance renewals or DuitNow payments?

No, PETRONAS SmartPay only allows you to purchase fuel. The fuel grade (RON95, RON97 or Diesel) is configured by the fleet manager through the SmartPay Online portal

Where can I view my full transaction report for both physical & virtual card?

Will using Setel affect the settings configured by my Fleet Administrator?

If I fuel using my physical PETRONAS SmartPay card, will the transaction also appear in the Setel app?
