Can I renew my road tax as well?

Of course! You can renew it through the Road tax feature.


How do I know if my transaction is successful?

A receipt of the transaction and policy details will be sent to the email address registered with Setel.

Alternatively, you can check the transaction history in the Setel App. Kindly refer to the steps below:

  1. Click More at the bottom right.
  2. Select Payment history under Payments.

Can I renew my insurance?

How much is the premium?

Calculation of the premium is done by assessing the condition of the car and the amount insured.

How do I pay for my motor insurance?

You will need to pay through the Setel Wallet on the Setel app or via CardTerus (our credit/debit card option). If your wallet balance is insufficient, you can top up through online banking or a credit/debit card.


Is there additional coverage?

Yes, you can view the list of additional coverages available when requesting a quotation.


How do I apply for the Drive Less Save More (DLSM) add-on from Etiqa?

You will get this Drive Less Save More (DLSM) free add-on when you sign up for an Etiqa Motor Insurance Comprehensive plan.

Can I get a refund when I cancel my insurance policy?

A refund of the premium would be based on the conditions stipulated in the policy contract.
