Why did my Mesra level drop to Junior?

Every user begins at the Junior level when you link your Mesra card on the Setel app, regardless of the current point balance. Your level is determined based on how many points you collect or how much you spend. The number of points collected will determine your level the following month.

How do I get to the next level?

When you hit the required points, you will automatically be upgraded to the next level. The more you spend, the faster you level up and unlock new bonuses. You can also gather bonus points from activities or events via the Setel app.

What happens if I do not hit the minimum spending for this month?

Your level will downgrade if you do not meet the minimum spending/points every month.

Example:
Jan: I earned 20 points and I reach level 2.
Feb: I earned 0 points and will be downgraded back to level 1 in March.
Mar: I earned 100 points and will immediately unlock up to level 5.
Apr: I earned 0 points and will be downgraded to level 4.

How do I know what is my current level?

You can check your current level in your Setel app by going to the Rewards tab. Your remaining Mesra Points will also be shown.

Tap on your level name(i.e., Junior, Explorer, Hero) to see how many points are needed for the next level.
