Depending on your Android version, these limitations may include:

Android 13 and below:

• Reduced wallet or transaction limits;
• Certain features or services will not be available;
• Future app enhancements not being supported;
• Additional security measures that will help protect your account.

Android 8.1 and below: These devices will no longer receive future Setel app updates. You may continue using the Setel app where supported, but you may not receive future app features, improvements, or updates.

These measures align with Bank Negara Malaysia's (BNM) Risk Management in Technology (RMiT) policy and help strengthen the security of our services.

We'll notify affected users through our official communication channels before any significant changes are implemented.
